Pushing out of fear

We push out of fear. When we fear what we don't know and don't understand we sometimes act rashly, led by our emotions–trying to control the end result of something or someone's actions or reactions. We push situations, we push people. We figure that if we force a conclusion we will be certain of something–whether it is good or bad. We don't believe that waiting will yield us what we want or deserve. Yet instigating premature outcomes interrupts the unfolding of our destiny. We sabotage the possibilities.

Trust that a higher good is at work behind the scenes. Trust that there's a wisdom within that only time and listening can reveal. Patience, difficult as it may be, is necessary. Trust yourself and love yourself enough to stop pushing out of fear.
